I haven't tried Microphone Test on any of these. If you buy one by using a link on this page I could conceivably get a small commission. I won't spend the money yet.
I have to think it's a possibility that some of these mic's might sound pretty good, and for the price, for podcasting I would try one to get away from my PC built in mic.
The BM-5000 Professional Condenser Microphone and the ISK P-300 Condenser Studio Microphone look like real bottle mic's, at least. Some of these might possibly need phantom power from a preamp or USB interface like the Focusrite. My experience is that the specs are pretty clear about that. On the other hand, my CAD U37 USB microphone shown on the left here, which works perfectly for voice recording and sounds rich and strong can be had for less than 50 dollars US at Amazon.
